Terms and conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
  2. Entry is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families.
  3. If an entrant from the Irish Republic is successful in the draw, they must answer a skill question as a pre-condition to claiming their prize.
  4. To enter, simply purchase any special Hermesetas mini sweeteners promotional pack and complete the official entry form, and send it in a stamped envelope to "Win a Mini Competition" Hermes Sweeteners Ltd, 37 Duke Street, London W1U 1LN.
  5. Consumers may enter as many times as they like provided each entry must be associated with the purchase of a separate promotional pack and that each entry is in a separate envelope.
  6. The Promotion closes last mail received 02.10.08 ("Promotion Period").
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  8. The first valid entry will win the prize. The prize is a Mini car model “Mini One” inc. registration and on road costs.
  9. The major prize draw will take place at 12 pm on 03.10.08. The name and county of the prize winner will be made available after 03.10.08 by sending a SAE to the promoter address marked “Hermesetas Mini Winner” and will also appear on "uk-mini-competition.hermesetas.com".
  10. Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash in whole or in part.
  11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  12. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. In the event that the prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure within the UK or ROI, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
  14. Prize will only be delivered in the UK and/or ROI and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery notification of their prize.
